Two years ago, I was asked by my best friend to be her maid of honor. It was such an honor to be asked. What made this even more special was the fact that I introduced my best friend to her soon to be husband. This occurred after a double date where the four of us went out to sushi for dinner and then to a comedy a club. After that date, my best friend and her fianc? never stopped dating. So for her wedding present, I went to a jewelry store and asked them if they could make a personalized wedding jewelry piece for my girlfriend to commemorate their first date. The jewelry store created a bracelet with charms that represented the two events. My girlfriend loved her present so much, she wore it on her wedding day!
