Choosing the perfect knife isn’t hard if you start with the way you cook. If you generally don’t cook other than opening a box or microwaving pre-made foods you don’t have to spend a fortune on a knife. It would be a waste of money. On the opposite end of the spectrum, if you love to cook, chop, slice and dice and can’t get enough of it you must buy yourself top of the line cutlery and kitchen knives. We’d suggest that you go to a store like Williams Sonoma or a local kitchen store where you can actually handle the knife before you spend your money. There is nothing better than the feel of your favorite knife in your hand.
