You start the morning with museli becuase you are told it is a healthy cereal alternative. But is it really healthy. Unfortunately, you can’t believe all the advertising hype.
Many muesli-style cereals contain too many additives which raises the sugar content. Instead try a sugarless muesli with few added extras. Add your own fresh fruits and berries for taste and flavor and use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk.
